Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Options
We ship all of our items via United Parcel Services (UPS). Shipping options include UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day and Overnight services. Please note that these shipping and transit times do not include product processing times. Product processing times can vary based upon the chosen finish and complexity of the order - they can range from two business days to several weeks. We strive to ship everything quickly, but we will not compromise finish or quality to save time.
Shipping Destinations
The online store is for shipments to the United States only. For shipments outside the USA, please contact customer service. UPS requires a physical and complete street address for delivery. If you enter a Post Office Box, your order cannot be processed and delays will occur. If you have only a Post Office Box, please contact customer service and they can arrange shipment to a Post Office Box for an additional fee of $5.00.
Changes to the destination address may be done prior to shipment. Redirecting UPS shipments is possible and incurs a $15.00 fee.
Shipping Times
Stock items usually ship within one to two business days. Special finishes are done by hand - and this process can take several business days or up to two weeks (depending upon the complexity and order size). Please contact customer service if you have special delivery requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you. Processing times are not including in the UPS transit times.
